AML/CFT Analyst
Description
Support the day-to-day operations of our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance program. In this role, the AML/CFT Analyst will be responsible for protecting the safety and soundness of the Bank from a BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC perspective. The AML/CFT Analyst will assist the AML/CFT/OFAC Officer with developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC programs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance within a financial institution preferred
- Professional certification or willingness to obtain one
- Deep understanding of relevant regulations, including Banks Secrecy Act, US Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- Ability to work across functional lines and organizational levels to drive results
- Strong analytical, technical and investigative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems and strong documentation/research capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Verafin experience preferred but not requires
- Bi-lingual experience a plus
