Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking for a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) to join their Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of legal administrative experience supporting attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas, including Litigation and Bankruptcy. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
Proficiency in Florida e-filing portal and CM/ECF systems
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and InTapp Time Entry
Familiarity with iManage and PowerPoint (preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
