UI Designer

Polyester is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create beautiful, cutting-edge product designs for our exchange and ensure our user experience feels intuitive, engaging, and world-class. Your focus will be on crafting pixel-perfect designs, prototyping rapidly, and collaborating closely with engineers to bring ideas to life.

As part of the team, you will help imagine, develop, and ship innovative product experiences from start to finish. We believe in small, focused teams where every member has a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design beautiful, responsive interfaces for web and mobile that will be used by hundreds of thousands of users every day

• Take features from concept to high-fidelity designs and prototypes, then work with engineers to ship them

• Build and refine user flows, wireframes, and visual designs to improve engagement, conversion, and overall product experience

• Rapidly iterate on designs using Figma and other prototyping tools

• Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to shape priorities and influence product direction

• Ensure consistency across the product through design systems and component libraries

Your Background Looks Like

• Experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of responsive web and mobile designs

• Highly proficient with Figma (bonus if you’ve worked with design systems and components)

• Skilled at rapid prototyping and testing concepts quickly

• Strong visual and interaction design instincts with attention to detail

• Familiarity with responsive design principles and modern UX best practices

• Comfortable working closely with developers and understanding how designs translate into code

• Passionate about creating polished, user-centered experiences that make a real impact
