Looking for generalists who are willing to do any task technically to push the team forward (from long-term product vision to integration work)
Ideally comfortable with being forward deployed — ie, enjoy talking to clients and solving their specific problems
Ships code fast and often; is not a perfectionist
Is an extremely hard worker when they are in a strong team environment and working on a vision they care about
Has experience at top start ups or big tech companies companies; or is an ex-founder/founding engineer; or someone who obsesses over side projects (deployed and live, ideally).
