- Advanced MS Excel (including complex modeling) and VBA helpful
- Ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) calculations and forecasts.
- Drive monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking and executive presentations for program reviews.
- Partner with work package/IPT managers and procurement to align budgets, cost estimates and contract costing.
- Manage program cost reconciliation to CBS and WBS and maintain the program EAC database and actuals reporting.
- Develop and maintain risks & opportunities framework linking financial impacts to mitigation and opportunity plans.
- Support change decisions, business cases, proposal costing and major program modifications with financial analysis.
- Monitor purchasing and contract performance; recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Act as financial business partner to the Program Manager/COO and functional CFO organization.
Education
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering with a business major (or equivalent)
- Relevant continued professional development in finance or program control preferred
