We connect core enterprise data sources and deploy AI agents that can analyze the data through natural language, deliver insights in seconds, and enable our customers to make better decisions. Since launching less than a year ago, Concourse has grown extremely rapidly. Our AI agents are deployed across hundreds of high-growth companies, unicorn startups like Persona, Front, Lightmatter, and large public companies - including 2 Fortune 500 customers.

Concourse is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, CRV, YC, BoxGroup, and 50+ angel investors from companies like Brex, Rippling, Flywire, Deel, Jeeves, and DoorDash.

About the Role


We’re hiring a Growth & Marketing Lead to help Concourse expand its reach, strengthen our brand, and scale our inbound and self-serve motion.

Your mission is to increase Concourse’s visibility, generate inbound demand, and build the programs, content, community, and distribution loops that multiply our reach.

You’ll blend creativity with analytical rigor through running campaigns, experimenting with new channels, building community touchpoints, orchestrating events and dinners, improving SEO/AEO, developing referral loops, and launching ideas that help Concourse stand out in the AI + finance landscape.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves storytelling, user acquisition, growth experiments, and building the foundation of a world-class GTM engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own SEO / AEO Strategy and Execution: Improve organic search rankings, optimize for AI search/discovery surfaces, and build Concourse’s long-term discoverability.

  • Run Experiments Across the Growth Stack: Test new campaigns, ideas, partnerships, landing pages, content experiments, viral hooks, outbound messaging, and distribution hacks that accelerate adoption.

  • Build Community & Events: Organize dinners, roundtables, gatherings, and micro-communities that deepen Concourse’s presence across finance, operations, and AI ecosystems.

  • Create Compelling Content: Work with founders and GTM to produce high-quality content: case studies, analysis, product updates, playbooks, newsletters, social content, and thought leadership.

  • Develop Concourse’s Brand & Narrative: Help articulate how AI agents transform finance teams and evangelize Concourse across channels, communities, and customer conversations.

  • Partner Across GTM: Collaborate with sales and product to design activation flows, improve conversion, and build compelling evaluation journeys.

About You

  • 4+ years in growth, marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles at fast-moving startups

  • Strong experience running experiments, optimizing funnels, and scaling acquisition channels

  • Excellent storyteller who can distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives

  • Comfortable owning SEO, AEO, content, and organic acquisition strategies

  • A creator at heart, you enjoy producing content, designing campaigns, and engaging with customers

  • Event-first mindset, who is excited to run dinners, roundtables, and community programming

  • Comfortable with technical & AI tools and thinks automation & agents first to scale our GTM operations and lead generation in a lean and AI native way

  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and operates with high ownership

  • Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or selling to finance audiences (preferred but not required)

  • Experience launching 0 to 1 growth motions or self-serve flows (preferred but not required)
