- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and mentor teammates
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production-grade backend and frontend features using Go, TypeScript, and React
- Introduce abstractions and systems that improve team velocity and maintainability
- Set, document, and enforce engineering quality standards and best practices
- Mentor and provide constructive, in-the-moment feedback to engineers to grow the team
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and clients to define requirements and deliver value
- Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing strategy, and deployment workflows
Education
- CS degree from a top school or equivalent technical education
- Or equivalent experience from reputable startup engineering roles
