This position will contribute to the development of email campaigns, website content, print materials, and event communications, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging that aligns with the Guilford’s brand. Key Responsibilities:
Creation and distribution of admission materials to various stakeholders
Create marketing materials - including email, text and social media messaging - to be distributed to prospective students, parents/families, and school counselors through Slate CRM
Create yearly communication plan for various stakeholders
Create events and registration portals through Slate for admission events
Create forms for special admission programs (summer bridge program, for example)
Write and update queries in Slate for delivery of marketing materials
Serve as a Slate captain in order to ask question on the community forums and submit tickets for the CRM
Assist the operation team in enhancing the Guilford Slate CRM system
Along with communication and marketing, align College branding with admission materials
Update Guilford admission website
Track and analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of admission strategies and initiatives in order to improve communication flows
Prepare regular reports on marketing trends for the Chief Enrollment Officer
Work with Director of Enrollment Information during peak recruitment cycle
Work closely with the admission team to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure a cohesive approach
Collaborate with other departments, specifically communication and marketing, but also financial aid, academic and student affairs, etc., to support student recruitment
Other duties as assigned
