Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer relationships by monitoring payments and identifying opportunities for business building and risk management
- Communicate with customers primarily via phone and secondarily via email to secure payments and negotiate payment arrangements
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and accurately document all communications and actions in systems
- Provide timely approval of orders for assigned accounts and cover teammates as needed
- Work within credit term guidelines, manage credit limits, and collect information for limit reviews and increases
- Demonstrate professional, empathetic service on inbound and outbound calls and de-escalate stressful situations
- Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
