Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance for healthcare and private equity-backed operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform leadership decisions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare audit documentation and coordinate with external auditors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting
- Maintain and enhance internal controls to protect company assets
- Use NetSuite ERP for transaction recording and financial tracking
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus
