Lead financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements including:
Quoting and scoping prospective engagements
Directing and performing analysis
Leading management discussions and correspondence
Preparation and presentation of key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like, etc.)
Writing reports and delivering findings to clients
Support UHY Corporate Finance marketing and business development through participation in marketing efforts, networking events, preparation of pitchbooks and related materials
Manage and communicate pipeline and project status internally and with clients
Develop standards, practices, procedures, templates and thought leadership
Participate in recruiting and interviewing / candidate selection
Develop and mentor staff
Exposure to transactional support for capital raising, restructuring, and traditional sell-side investment banking transactions and strategies

Some travel may be required to client sites during engagements
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance
6 – 8 years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) designation
