Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Linux kernel code and kernel modules
- Debug, profile, and optimize kernel and driver performance
- Perform board bring-up, bootloader configuration, and BSP customization
- Integrate device drivers and implement hardware/software interfaces (PCIe and others)
- Develop APIs and interfaces bridging software and hardware
- Contribute to build and test automation pipelines (e.g., GitLab) for deployment and evaluation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and transition partners to mature solutions for field use
- Author integration tests and ensure production-ready, reliable software for safety-critical systems
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related scientific field
- Graduate degree preferred but not required
