The company is going through a period of rapid growth which provides a lot of opportunities to take full ownership over big projects and initiatives and work collaboratively to accomplish some big goals. Team members I work with seem universally talented and committed to delivering good results on really technically unique and challenging problems. The company has taken a lot of steps this year to standardize advancement, pay bands, etc. to fix some areas which previously were a bit disorganized. It's resulted in solid pay increases in addition to the very favorable benefits package. The company seems to be investing well in the future by building new facilities in advance of the needs and things like that.Cons
The company is growing fast, both organically and through acquisition. This means that there are some natural growing pains – implementing new systems to track hours/finances which can be wonky at the start, but they seem to be sorting these out as we go.
