Skills
- Production experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong experience with React or similar frameworks (Angular, Next.js)
- Familiarity with Python and Postgres-backed systems
- Experience with cloud environments, Linux, and containerized deployments (Docker)
- Comfortable working on remote, Agile engineering teams
- Familiarity with front-end tooling: Vite, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, state managers (Zustand)
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and event-driven front-end patterns
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement innovative UI/UX features for web applications
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Create proofs-of-concept and build scalable, production-ready front-end solutions
- Consider and apply security best practices throughout development
- Write and review code, and perform manual and automated testing
- Participate in continuous improvement, code reviews, and cross-team knowledge sharing
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Eligibility to obtain a government security clearance, if required
