Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce and ERP system integrations using MuleSoft, Workato, and other platforms.
- Serve as the technical authority on SFDC integration initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and optimize integration flows supporting end-to-end business processes and data synchronization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues collaboratively with global teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Operations on configurable product line enhancements.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
