Skills
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (or AEP), Mixpanel.
- Strong experience with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Telium.
- Familiarity with Martech platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Webflow, and social media platforms.
- Experience in data integration, API development, and cloud-based architectures preferred.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to develop digital analytics measurement strategies.
- Design and configure tag management solutions ensuring accurate data collection.
- Collect, clean, and analyze digital data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for digital optimization.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to validate improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams aligning with business goals.
- Present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Contribute to data strategy development and process implementations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA.
- Support special projects related to digital analytics and tracking.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
- Advanced degree is a plus.
