Turner & Townsend Heery seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our national Cultural Projects team. This role supports projects from early planning through design, construction, facility opening, and operations. The Project Manager will focus on design management, owner’s representation, and project management services as a key member of the team, while serving as a subject matter expert in performing arts venue planning and technical production equipment and infrastructure.
In addition, this position will lead technical production equipment and infrastructure assessments for renovation and new-build projects and provide clients with operational expertise to ensure venues are functional and community-focused. The project manager will coordinate and collaborate with local project management and cost management teams based on the complexity of the project.

Education / Experience:
The salary range for this full-time role is $115K-$130K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
