ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TRUFF is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Planning & Support Specialist, Retail & Food Service to manage, support, maintain, assist with growth, and further develop its growing Retail and Food Service Channels. The primary functions of the role are to assist with preparing sales reports using data from internal and external sources and provide analysis as needed; assist with recommendations to the sales teams that can further the business’ sales potential; support evaluation of the sales team’s performance; review past sales data to determine trends; and assist with presentation development. They will also be supporting analysis of distributor data to support our sales growth plans and supporting trade shows and events nationwide.
We are looking for someone who loves to learn, is a team player, and can manage a wide variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities. Your responsibilities will include working very closely with Sales Managers and Directors, Marketing team and broker updates. This position reports to the VP of Strategic Accounts and Sales Planning, but works closely with the Chief Customer Officer, Sales, Category Management, and Marketing teams. This position requires organization, management and problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities to review current market landscape and brand performance at a distributor level.
