Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support our growing Marketing Project Management team in supporting the growth of the Owala brand. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing initiatives across creative, production, digital, and go-to-market functions. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You will work closely with project managers, designers, production staff, and brand stakeholders to ensure deliverables are executed on time and to standard. 

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our success. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Project Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Manage day-to-day task assignments, timelines, and updates in ClickUp. 
  • Route creative briefs, feedback, and approvals between marketing, design, and production teams. 
  • Ensure all marketing assets are properly stored and linked in Air (digital asset management system). 
  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, and reports to keep stakeholders aligned. 

Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist in coordinating brand launches, campaigns, and promotions across multiple functions. 
  • Track deliverables for production (print, digital, packaging, and content) to ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Help prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership visibility. 
  • Support the implementation and development of new PM tools, templates, and process improvements. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within marketing, creative, or CPG industries. 
  • Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp preferred; Asana, Jira, or Monday acceptable). 
  • Experience with digital asset management tools (Air or similar). 
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork. 
  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn project management methodologies.
