Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and behaviors
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide treatment decisions
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Provide training, supervision, and support to staff on behavioral therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as needed
- Advocate for clients in educational and community settings
Education
- BCBA certification required
- Relevant graduate degree (e.g., Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education) preferred
- NJ LBA licensure required
