Head of Demand Generation

Tray.ai builds Merlin Agent Builder, a composable AI integration platform that helps enterprises deploy production-ready AI agents across their stacks. The company seeks an experienced Head of Demand Generation to transform marketing into an experiment-driven engine that creates measurable pipeline and accelerates enterprise deals.

Skills

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing in enterprise markets
  • Proven experience building experimentation frameworks and converting insights into repeatable motions
  • Hands-on ABM and intent-based program development
  • Deep knowledge of lead scoring, nurture design, and funnel content strategies
  • Strong analytics and attribution modeling skills
  • Practical experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach and modern ABM/intent platforms
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and ops
  • Curiosity and practical experience applying AI tools to improve marketing outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Design and run a structured experimentation program with hypotheses, A/B and multivariate tests, and success metrics
  • Create integrated multi-touch demand plans and map buyer journeys with sales and product marketing
  • Develop and iterate ABM and intent-based programs to engage target accounts
  • Implement behavioral lead scoring, SLAs, and feedback loops to align marketing and sales
  • Package sales-ready campaigns, talk tracks, and enablement kits for the buying committee
  • Partner with ops to build automated dashboards, attribution reporting, and quality metrics
  • Expand and test new channels and plays (workshops, win-back, competitive takeouts, case studies)
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the demand generation team while influencing cross-functional stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • MBA or advanced degree (nice-to-have, not required)
