Responsibilities: Manage facility operations including product delivery, process design, and team performance while ensuring compliance with safety standards and SLAs.
Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of progressive experience in operations management with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications: Experience in warehouse management or supply chain with a proven track record in continuous improvement and team development preferred.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.

The Facility Manager leads the daily operations of facility functions including repair, production, installation services and deployment for Trafera customers. Working closely with Operations leadership, this role manages employee workflows, monitors quality standards, and ensures operational consistency.
