Responsibilities
- Own the budgeting process for Revenue through Gross Margin and integrate these into the full P&L budget
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performance team of financial analysts
- Collaborate with business partners to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve in-year financial performance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for profitability, cost optimization, and business cases
- Develop and report on key financial and operational KPIs related to revenue, costs, and margins
- Continuously improve financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
