Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, operations, IT and digital teams to gather and document project requirements
- Assist in planning and tracking project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and status reports, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Support development and tracking of KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Help ensure deliverables meet quality standards through risk identification, mitigation, and adherence to best practices
- Translate complex project details into clear narratives and presentations for executive and senior stakeholders
- Work in agile environments and support sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree (4-year) required
- Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
- Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certifications are a plus
