Responsibilities include:
 Documenting the project, goals, scope, approach, timeline, and team structure into a
format consumable by all project team members
 Preparing and monitoring to a project plan with defined interdependencies
 Defining and documenting project roles/responsibilities for all team members
 Jointly working with the customers’ project manager to keep all project activities on
track against the schedule
 Assessing, reporting and mitigating project risks
 Setting team and customers’ expectations for engagement on the project
 Communicating project status through both written and verbal reports
 Conducting regular meetings with various audiences from team members to executive
sponsor to share status, address risks and manage expectations
 Capturing customer feedback, sharing with the team and Jade executives and creating
and executing get well plans, as needed.

 Guiding team members through daily project challenges to keep the project moving
forward
 Managing and reporting project budget and margin monthly
 Gathering all customer signoffs required by the project
 Engaging management, as needed, to assist in addressing people or system issues that
impact the project outcome
Candidate Profile:

scope
 Able to manage a team of diverse individuals from Jade and the customer to keep all
activities on target for completion.
