We are seeking a strong and passionate leader who can enhance community health and wellness around specific priority health needs in the Southland. The Program Manager acts as a coordinator between multiple projects aligned with overall business goals. This position will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the operation of community health programs at Ingalls Memorial Hospital, located in Harvey, IL.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Community & External Affairs, this Program Manager is a partner who is focused on the collaborative coordination of activities and projects that support the priority health areas that have been identified through the community health needs assessment, CHNA. The successful candidate will participate in creating community benefit reports and help to ensure accurate reporting for the state government, the federal government, and local community benefits reporting bodies. As the Program Manager you will coordinate the program planning, implementation, and design to promote service delivery best practices, foster community partnerships, and support the monitoring of program delivery through evaluation, research, and engagement.

Compensation & Benefits Overview
UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
