- Experience in post-production talent management or production scheduling
- Familiarity with talent databases, onboarding/offboarding systems, and project boards
- Availability to work in-studio Tuesday through Thursday
Responsibilities
- Schedule and allocate internal resources including staff and booked freelancers across projects
- Anticipate project needs to ensure adequate coverage and minimize conflicts
- Maximize artist efficiency and help prevent burnout to deliver a strong artist experience
- Coordinate scheduling across LA and NY studios and lead production meetings
- Maintain and update talent database, onboarding/offboarding app, and studio-wide project board/schedule
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, producers, and directors
- Support HR with weekly timesheet reviews
- Report scheduling status and resource needs to Executive Producers and Heads of Production
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
