Responsibilities
- Set strategy and ensure execution of post-sales processes including upselling and expansion
- Manage and grow a global team of account managers and key account managers
- Work closely with C-level executives to align Customer Success with company goals
- Own the P&L for Customer Success and achieve revenue targets post-sales
- Recruit, hire, promote, and develop a high-performing team
- Engage directly with customers to lead by example and gain deep product insights
- Handle international and domestic customer visits and travel
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimize revenue delivery
- Adapt team management style from player-coach mindset as organization scales
- Work flexible hours to meet international timezone needs
Education
- STEM background preferred
- Relevant higher education for analytical and client management skills
