Customer Success Team Lead

Topsort is a rapidly growing company focused on democratizing advertising tech to create a privacy-first, cookie-free ad environment. They seek a Customer Success Team Lead to manage a global team and execute post-sales strategies, fostering a collaborative, fast-paced startup culture.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategy and ensure execution of post-sales processes including upselling and expansion
  • Manage and grow a global team of account managers and key account managers
  • Work closely with C-level executives to align Customer Success with company goals
  • Own the P&L for Customer Success and achieve revenue targets post-sales
  • Recruit, hire, promote, and develop a high-performing team
  • Engage directly with customers to lead by example and gain deep product insights
  • Handle international and domestic customer visits and travel
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimize revenue delivery
  • Adapt team management style from player-coach mindset as organization scales
  • Work flexible hours to meet international timezone needs

Education

  • STEM background preferred
  • Relevant higher education for analytical and client management skills
