Client Support Specialist

Essential Functions:
- Triage Zendesk tickets from assigned clients.
- Troubleshoots and resolves Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating to product or engineering team as needed.
- Assists in Titan Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients.
- Works closely with Account Manager to share client needs, goals, and issues for resolution.
- Acts as main point of contact for client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred (computer science, information systems, business administration, or other industry-related curriculum)
- 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Experience using Zendesk preferred.
