Job Description
This role is a temporary assignment with an anticipated duration of five to six months.
- Enters/Updates Shop Employee's Information
- Enters/Reviews Daily Mechanics Timecards.
- Enters/Reviews Maintenance and Repair Work Orders, including any charges related to these work orders.
- Schedules Equipment for PM service.
- Enter Oil Samples
- Review and process Fleet Invoices
- Performs Shop Administration duties such as Updating Shop Calendar, Scanning, Filing, Copying Documentation, answering shop telephone/radio, typing, etc.
- Open PO for Services
- Responds to inquiries from a variety of individuals (e.g. staff, managers, etc.) in a pleasant demeanor and attitude.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- 1 year of job-related experience in general business
SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Ten-key
- Typing certificate (ten-key) – preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual English / Spanish
Pay Range: $19 - $20. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
