The College Board is seeking a Clinical Manager for its Services for Students with Disabilities team, dedicated to ensuring test-takers with disabilities receive appropriate accommodations on college admissions tests.
Responsibilities: Conduct documentation reviews to determine eligibility for accommodations, communicate with stakeholders regarding testing accommodations, and collaborate across teams to improve the eligibility process.
Skills: Strong knowledge of psychological and educational assessments, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications: Psy.D./Ph.D. in a relevant area with 4-6 years of experience in psychological/educational assessment, and knowledge of disabilities and accommodations processes.

The SSD team at College Board is a close knit, dedicated team of 28 people with a passion for helping test-takers with disabilities from around the world receive appropriate accommodations on College Board tests. The team is committed to providing exceptional decision making, education, and outreach to support test-takers, school personnel, and family members/guardians. We pride ourselves on being thorough and knowledgeable by staying current in the field. We also work closely with various College Board teams including but not limited to ACO, AP, SAT Suite of Assessments, and our State and District Partners.
About the Opportunity
You will be instrumental in College Board’s mission to clear a path for all students to own their future. College Board provides accommodations to test-takers with disabilities so they can demonstrate their knowledge and skills. Your role will ensure that College Board exams accurately reflect the test-taker’s aptitude/achievement rather than their disability.
A Clinical Manager is an integral member of a team of professionals responsible for ensuring that test-takers with disabilities have access to all College Board tests. Under the direction of the Directors of Clinical Review, you assist with all activities associated with evaluating students’ disability documentation to determine eligibility for accommodations on College Board tests (i.e., SAT Suite of Assessments; AP, CLEP). Additionally, the Clinical Manager communicates with school personnel, test- takers, families/guardians, and other College Board departments regarding documentation and accommodations, and serves as a resource in understanding psycho-educational assessment.
