Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality virtual therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, etc.)
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes and diagnostic assessments
- Deliver and document intake and follow-up sessions in the company EHR/portal
- Coordinate care with campus treatment teams, supervisors, and administrative staff
- Manage and escalate clinical risk appropriately and follow safety protocols
- Attend required monthly trainings and team meetings
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records for continuity of care
Education
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related clinical field
- Active independent clinical licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)
- Current continuing education and maintained licensure in good standing
