- Competence with teletherapy platforms and online documentation.
- Strong risk assessment and crisis management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and campus providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality virtual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, etc.).
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments and diagnostic formulations.
- Maintain timely, precise clinical documentation in the company EHR.
- Coordinate care with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers.
- Manage escalation and safety/risk scenarios according to protocol.
- Participate in monthly trainings and all-hands meetings as scheduled.
- Partner with administrative teams for outreach, scheduling, and resource provision.
Education
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or clinical psychology.
- Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC) in Minnesota.
- Training or clinical coursework in evidence-based therapies preferred.
