The Senior Lead, Professional Learning at aiEDU will oversee the development and implementation of AI Readiness professional learning programs for educators, ensuring high-quality materials and effective delivery methods.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for professional learning, developing and managing the quality and production of training materials, and delivering engaging virtual and in-person sessions.
Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, innovative approaches to using AI tools, and a proven ability to lead the design of engaging adult learning experiences.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include over 10 years of teaching or coaching experience, expertise in AI readiness and adult learning best practices, and proficiency with various educational technologies.
Location: Remote with occasional travel required (~1 time a month)
Compensation: $125000 - $135000 / Annually

The Senior Lead, Professional Learning will be responsible for the vision and production of our AI Readiness Professional Learning (PL) for educators, including teachers, school leaders, and district administrators. They will establish the quality bar and framework for AI Readiness PL materials, decide on content revision and expansion plans, and manage the design and implementation processes for PL. The Senior Lead, Professional Learning will work with our Programs team to determine demand from partners and support with leading partner specific PL. They will also lead all national PL work, including (but not limited to), national webinars, cohort based learning (e.g., PLCs, Trailblazers), and asynchronous content development (e.g., Mighty Network courses, SCORM compliant short courses, educator resources). The Senior Lead, Professional Learning will lead facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions.
