We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead the Simply® Juice brand portfolio with creativity, innovation, and passion for consumer-centered strategies. What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in defining, growing, and protecting the Simply Juice brand. You'll partner with key stakeholders across the organization, including agency partners, innovation teams, customer teams, R&D, and commercial leadership, to achieve strategic brand goals. Specific responsibilities will include:
Strategic Brand Planning: Craft and define short- and long-term business plans that identify brand objectives, align with broader organizational priorities, and drive market performance.
Marketing Excellence: Develop integrated marketing plans to support strategic business initiatives, ensuring campaigns resonate with the target audience.
Consumer Insights: Leverage consumer research tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Bases) and behavioral analytics to tap into unmet opportunities and guide decision-making.
Portfolio Strategy Development: Establish brand positioning across offerings to maximize market potential, competitive advantage, and consumer engagement.
Cross-Function Collaboration: Partner with operating units, bottling system teams, agencies, and technical functions to ensure consistent alignment and execution of brand initiatives.
Creative Development: Lead the creation and management of agency briefs while evaluating creative concepts for alignment, impact, and execution.
Performance & Growth Analysis: Conduct regular business reviews, analyze market trends, and assess key initiatives that drive measurable brand growth.
Budget Impact Management: Recommend investment allocation strategies that optimize marketing budgets and brand performance.
Leadership & Influence: Inspire and manage agency partnerships while influencing internal teams toward shared business priorities.
Thought Leadership: Share insights and recommendations with divisional managers and leadership regarding brand trajectory, innovation pipelines, and emerging trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5-7+ years of proven experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
Proficiency with quantitative consumer research tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Bases) and a strong aptitude for leveraging insights to drive decision-making.
Savvy in brand positioning development and media strategy.
Ability to evaluate creative concepts with a focus on consumer-centric outcomes, strategic alignment, and business goals.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Strong business acumen and analytical abilities for ongoing evaluation of brand-building opportunities and growth potential.
Passion for innovation, coupled with a drive to influence consumer behavior and brand equity.
