Responsibilities
- Implement and manage capital programs using local, state, and federal funding
- Lead the Neighborhood Improvement Program and oversee revitalization projects
- Perform grant and project data analysis and prepare clear, concise reports
- Draft Mayor and Council (M&C) items and manage approval processes
- Partner with external stakeholders to execute contracts and administer programs
- Coordinate multiple projects across city departments to ensure timely completion
- Organize team work, manage time effectively, and meet multiple deadlines
- Coordinate programs and services to improve community quality of life
Education
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university (required)
- Relevant work experience may substitute for education requirement
