We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing career coaching platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth workflows, aligning the coaching team, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Operations: Manage day-to-day scheduling of coaching sessions and ensure all operations run efficiently.
- Team Alignment: Coordinate with coaches, support staff, and management to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, feedback, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Project Oversight: Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflows and propose solutions to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or team coordination (preferably in coaching, education, or service-based industries).
- Recruitment, career coaching, and HR background are highly prioritized.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with scheduling tools, CRMs, and project management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
