As a Flight Simulation Operator, you’ll bring your SOF experience and expertise in Forward Area Arming and Refueling Points (FAARP), STOL, and DLS to work on projects for a client. You’ll coordinate with aligned organizations to develop training schedules and drive integration for synthetic environment rehearsals. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes for joint missions.

You’ll guide the work we do for the customer and the solutions we deliver for planning, academics, and rehearsal.

You Have: 

• Experience in low-level flight navigation, airdrop operations, HAAR/TAAR, STOL, and DLS
• Knowledge of simulation platforms that support mission rehearsal
• Ability to operate and maintain advanced aviation simulators
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with Forward Area Arming and Refueling Points (FAARPs)
• Knowledge of multiplatform training schedule generation and deconfliction
• Ability to lead daily operations of mixed reality simulator platforms 
• Project Management certifications

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
