- Design diverse materials including flyers, brochures, newsletters, booklets, signage, mailers, and social media graphics.
- Apply City's brand and accessibility standards to ensure consistency and professional quality.
- Prepare, format, and export artwork suitable for digital and print use.
- Collaborate with internal staff to understand project needs and develop effective visual design solutions.
- Incorporate feedback provided by senior staff and departmental stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain an accessible digital archive of project files.
- Review and approve Canva submissions from other departments for brand and design quality adherence.
Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant graphic arts or desktop publishing education preferred.
