Associate Product Designer (UI/UX)
Skills
- Proficiency in visual design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Illustrator
- Ability to think in scalable systems versus one-off solutions
- Competence in creating wireframes and site maps
- Experience designing across platforms including web, mobile, iOS, and Android
- Understanding of user experience research and usability testing
- Familiarity with animation tools like After Effects, Blender, or Rive is a plus
- Knowledge of front-end programming fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support senior designers in creating world-class user experiences
- Collaborate with Customer Research to integrate user insights into designs
- Contribute to and advocate for the Design System
- Create customer journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, high-resolution mockups, prototypes, and handoff assets
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and design thinking sessions
Education
- 0-2 years of experience designing digital products
- Capability to self-manage multiple projects in agile environments
