Responsibilities
- Develop and advance clinical practice and protocols for MIH/CC programs
- Manage initial and ongoing MHP/CCP credentialing processes
- Design, implement, and evaluate MIH/CC education and training programs
- Perform clinical quality reviews and coordinate investigations with QM and partner agencies
- Create clinical metrics and bundles-of-care to measure MIH outcomes
- Coordinate onboarding and competency evaluation of new MHP/CCP hires
- Liaise with community and public health partners engaged in MIH activities
Education
- Bachelor's degree in emergency medical services management, healthcare administration, or related field (required)
- Advanced Critical Care certification (CCP-C, CCEMTP, or FP-C) (required)
- Community Paramedicine certification (CP-C) to be obtained within 18 months of hire (required)
- IHI Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety to be completed within one year of employment (required)
