Located in midtown Manhattan and backed by top VCs Village Global and Third Prime, Termblocks is building the first agentic AI for the multi-trillion dollar U.S. Capital Markets. We have a core group of leading financial industry professionals, each with 15+ years of experience with deep insider knowledge of the financial markets and technology. Our three person engineering team has built an innovative product with product-market fit that we are looking to quickly scale and expand upon the features and functionality.

Are deeply curious and passionate about building vertically-integrated products that will directly impact and improve our customers lives.
Want to shape product decisions, core systems and drive technology stack decisions.
Enjoy experimenting with state-of-the-art AI models and developing and deploying a cutting edge, cloud-first application.
Believe that an industry that is still using faxes and excel spreadsheets will be fundamentally disrupted by AI - and want to be part of it.
Stack: fastapi, django, python, AWS, openai/gemini/claude, React, next.js, typescript, postgres, RAG pipelines, model training, Langfuse (observability), GitHub, Cursor
Qualifications: 2+ years with our stack or equivalent components. Also you like early stage startups, iteration speed, and figuring out the right problems to solve as fast as possible.
Responsibility: Ship code, talk to users, drive features from design to production, work closely with the rest of the team, and make something impactful.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $150,000-$200,000 + Equity
