Located in midtown Manhattan and backed by top VCs Village Global and Third Prime, Termblocks is building the first agentic AI for the multi-trillion dollar U.S. Capital Markets. We have a core group of leading financial industry professionals, each with 15+ years of experience with deep insider knowledge of the financial markets and technology. Our three person engineering team has built an innovative product with product-market fit that we are looking to quickly scale and expand upon the features and functionality.

Are deeply curious and passionate about building vertically-integrated products that will directly impact and improve our customers lives.
Want to shape product decisions, core systems and drive technology stack decisions.
Enjoy experimenting with state-of-the-art AI models and developing and deploying a cutting edge, cloud-first application.
Believe that an industry that is still using faxes and excel spreadsheets will be fundamentally disrupted by AI - and want to be part of it.
Stack: fastapi, django, python, AWS, openai/gemini/claude, React, next.js, typescript, postgres, RAG pipelines, model training, Langfuse (observability), GitHub, Cursor
Qualifications: 6+ years with our stack or equivalent components. Also you have early stage startup experience, prioritize iteration speed, and enjoy figuring out the right problems to solve as fast as possible.
Responsibility: Ship code, talk to users, own features from design to production, work closely with the rest of the team, mentor junior engineers and make something impactful.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $200,000-$260,000 + Equity
