Responsibilities
- Support Reporting and Analysis Analysts
- Perform financial planning and analysis including forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc reporting
- Support month-end close and review financials for accuracy
- Research, gather, and interpret data for financial reporting
- Analyze and explain fluctuations in revenue and expenses
- Provide insights into business trends to stakeholders
- Develop solutions to streamline finance group processes
- Manage and mentor up to 6 direct reports
- Manage multiple projects and responsibilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields
