Skills
- Deep knowledge of math content, Standards for Mathematical Practice, and the mathematical shifts (focus, coherence, rigor)
- Experience designing and delivering adult professional learning and coaching for educators
- Familiarity with HQIM and experience leading or coaching its implementation
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage diverse educator audiences
- Project and partnership management skills to coordinate deliverables and stakeholder needs
- Ability to analyze instructional and student data to inform coaching and improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead and engage in coaching cycles including observations, modeling, co-teaching, data analysis, and feedback to teachers
- Design and facilitate research-based professional learning experiences and resources grounded in math instructional shifts and HQIM
- Maintain strong partner relationships, support contract renewals, and contribute to business development as needed
- Collaborate with program teams to implement project plans, monitor impact, and scale effective practices and systems
- Use Teaching Lab systems, tools, and processes to track implementation fidelity and student/teacher outcomes
- Travel on-site to partner schools as required and manage mixed remote/on-site delivery logistics
