We’re looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer to elevate our product experience and strengthen our go-to-market presence. You’ll own design across both product and go-to-market - everything from the UI/UX of our customer portal, to demo videos and conference booth experiences, to whitepapers and sales materials. This role is ideal for someone excited to work in a fast-paced environment, switch between big-picture brand thinking and pixel-level detail, and build the design function from the ground up.
About the Role:
Lead product design: create intuitive, elegant, and scalable UI/UX for our customer-facing portal and tools
Own GTM design: develop visuals and assets for demo videos, conference booth materials, whitepapers, pitch decks, and other customer-facing collateral
Build and maintain a design system that ensures brand and product consistency
Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to bring concepts to life quickly and effectively
Translate complex workflows and concepts into simple, compelling visuals and user experiences
Establish the design culture, processes, and tools as our first in-house designer
About You:
2+ years of design experience, ideally in a startup or fast-moving environment
Strong portfolio spanning both digital product design (UI/UX) and marketing/GTM design
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Ability to work across mediums: product UI, motion/interaction, video, and print/event collateral
Comfort conducting lightweight user research and iterating on feedback
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
A self-starter who thrives on ownership and can flex between strategy and execution
Experience creating motion graphics and video assets for product demos
Familiarity with frontend (HTML/CSS/React) to collaborate with engineering
Prior experience as the first/only designer at a startup
