The Sr. Program Manager of Transformation will bridge the gap between strategy and execution for various initiatives within the Transformation team, ensuring timely project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities: Oversee special projects, manage software delivery across business units, orchestrate timelines, and lead interdepartmental collaboration for successful program execution.
Skills: Deep knowledge of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, proficiency in project management tools, strong communication, organizational skills, and change management experience.
Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years in programming management, Bachelor's degree in a related field, PMP certification is a plus.
Location: This position is based in Herndon, VA, USA, with occasional travel needed.
Compensation: $92700 - $139100 / Annually

The Sr. Program Manager will create, manage, and execute detailed program schedules, reports, and analysis to ensure planned achievement of milestones. They keep stakeholders informed and demonstrate strategic thinking for reducing program risks and maximizing program benefits.
