Responsibilities: Prepare and file state regulatory documents, research compliance requirements, monitor project deadlines, and collaborate with internal departments.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools like Westlaw.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and preferable Paralegal certification, with at least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
Location: Minneapolis, MN; travel may be required.
Compensation: $28 - $43 / Hourly
SEI’s Legal Department is a collaborative team of attorneys and professionals based in Minneapolis, MN and Herndon, VA, who proactively partner with business and academic leaders to create opportunities for students to accomplish their goals through an academically rich, outcome-based online and in-person education, while minimizing institutional risk. The Legal Department serves all SEI entities, including, but not limited to: Capella University, Strayer University, Sophia, and Torrens University. This position will report directly to the Senior Associate General Counsel.
