Responsibilities
- Serve as primary administrator for Lexion CLM: configuration, workflows, templates, and user onboarding
- Supervise, train, and manage a global contracts administrator to ensure alignment with contracting policies
- Own contract intake: triage, prioritize, and assign legal review requests
- Maintain legal intake mailbox and provide timely internal status updates
- Coordinate contract execution: e-signature, version control, and secure storage
- Perform post-signature reviews and ensure obligations are tracked
- Prepare monthly and quarterly legal operations reports and contract lifecycle metrics (including DOMO accuracy)
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to scale legal operations
- Maintain Salesforce as system of record and ensure CLM-Salesforce integration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Procurement, and Finance on end-to-end workflows
- Update contract metadata from new agreements and renewals
- Maintain playbooks, policy documents, and internal knowledge base
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiencies in daily work and projects
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, Computer Science, or related field OR
- Paralegal certification OR
- Associate's degree from an ABA-approved paralegal program
