Responsibilities
- Assist clients with real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and title searches to identify and address potential issues.
- Provide legal opinions and guidance on real estate matters to clients and stakeholders.
- Represent clients during negotiations and dispute resolutions related to real estate issues.
- Stay up-to-date on legal developments related to real estate law and share insights with the team and clients.
